Volunteers who work a shift prior to the Volunteer Presale can pick up a wristband for entry into the Presale that is Friday, Oct. 2nd, 7-9pm. Volunteers who work a shift on Saturday can stop by Trinity between 9am and 9pm Thurday and Friday 9am until 3pm to pick up a wristband for entry into the Presale.
When you are registering to sell or volunteer you are asked how you found out about the sale. If you choose “Friend” or “other” you must ALSO fill in the text box stating the friend or other way you found out about Sweet Repeats or you will get an error message.
If you only want to volunteer and not sell, fill in the lower box. If you later decide you want to sell, you will have to contact us directly: sellers@sweetrepeatsmckinney.org
Volunteer and Seller registration is now open for our fall sale on October 3, 2009 at Trinity Presbyterian Church in McKinney.
When you volunteer, you get to shop at our presale on Friday, October 2nd, from 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
Volunteer shifts begin Wednesday evening, September 30th, from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. Thursday, 3 hour shifts begin at 9:00am and run through 9:00pm. Friday, 3 hour shifts begin at 9:00am and run through the afternoon. Saturday shifts begin at 6:30am and go through 7:00pm. Most Saturday shifts are 3 hour shifts and we have a 4 hour shift that includes lunch during the half-price sale. Please note that volunteers who work the 4 hour shift are not allowed to shop the half-price sale.
Volunteer registration ends on October 1st.

Sweet Repeats Continues

Those of you that re-distributed the clothing on the racks did an excellent job. The racks were full, but easy to look through. The displays were beautifully organized so that shoppers could see everything for sale. There are so many more things you did to make the sale work, but to list them… well, we would be here all day! Thank you, and I hope you enjoyed the sale.
If you shopped the sale and have a large item to pick up, you must do so before 3pm.

Saturday Afternoon Help Needed – Huge Perks!

Here are the perks: lunch, and for the first time ever, you get to pre-shop the half-price sale!! You’ll have about 20 minutes to shop before the doors open for the half-price sale.
Email volunteers@sweetrepeatsmckinney.org and you will get a confirmation if you are one of the first seven to volunteer.
Please note: the system is locked and we are too far into the sale to re-arrange your volunteer shifts. This would be an additional shift for you or your first if you have not yet volunteered. You cannot “switch” shifts.

Sweet Repeats Spring 2009 has begun!

A few pointers:
- Wear comfortable shoes and your Sweet Repeats Tshirt if you have one.
- Leave valuables at home – this is a very busy place open to the public and we do not have a secured area to store purses, etc.
- Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. At the beginning of the shift instructions will be given and we wouldn’t want you to miss anything.
- If you are also a seller, you may check in after your shift or before your shift only if you arrive in plenty of time to complete check in before your shift begins.
Thank you again! Volunteer shopping begins Friday night at 7pm. Husbands and Grandmas are welcomed to come shop with you!! Don’t forget your wristband.

Please be aware that the My Consignment Manager website(where you are directed to enter your items) is down. Therefore you are unable to enter any items at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience, however this is out of our control. The MyCM site should be back up and running by Wed. March 4th. We will let you know via this email as soon as the system up and running again.

Due to the high demand, other sales going on, and the storm on the East Coast, My Consignment Manager and their server is down temporarily. For the next 48 hours, they have locked our sale while this issue is being resolved. During this time you will not be able to add or change any volunteer shifts or enter any inventory (if you are a seller). We will post a message here when the system is back up and running.
