Important Seller Info – Last minute
Here are a few notes before Seller check in begins tomorrow at 10:30am. Please review so that you are ready and prepared when dropping of your items. This will help to insure a smooth drop-off.
Drop Off
Seller drop off is Thursday from 10:30 am – 8:30 pm and Friday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Please enter through the doors on the east side of the church and bring all items to the check-in table in the Fellowship Hall. You will first check in at the Seller Check-In table, where you will be given instructions for where to unload your items. Please remember that all furniture must be assembled, and please bring any required tools needed for that assembly. Also, any battery operated items need to working with batteries as well.
We also ask that sellers not be present during the inspection of your items. Our inspectors are trained to examine all items objectively and according to our guidelines. And, we strive to uphold the quality standards and integrity of our sale. We have thousands of items to inspect and do not have the manpower to review with individual sellers why an item was accepted or not. Any rejected items that are not marked donate will be available at seller pick-up with documentation as to why it may have been rejected from the sales floor. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Envelope
Bring a self-addressed, stamped legal sized envelope for us to mail your check to you. These will be available for $1.00 if you forget. You will need to pay $1 for your envelope at the time of check in. We cannot take the $1 out of your sales. Please put your seller number in the bottom left corner of the envelope.
Locked Sale
We are rapidly reaching our inventory limit, and our sale will be locking within the next 24 hours. After this you will not be able to edit or add items (you can still print your tags). Once the sale is locked it cannot be unlocked so please do not ask for exceptions. We advise that you do print at least one page on your tags today because if your description field goes over, the tags will not print. You will not be able to change the description once the sale is locked.
Advertising
We’d love your help in advertising Sweet Repeats! We have fliers and posters available at the church.
Please email all of your friends and contacts with children/grandchildren and tell them about the sale. You’ll be receiving an email soon that you can use for this purpose. Forward it out to anyone you know who’d be interested in Sweet Repeats!
