You should login at www.myconsignmentmanager.com only to transfer inventory from another sale. From this general login, you can also manage an inventory that is not connected to an active sale, and therefore you can add inventory at any time (you just can’t print tags).

You may once again enter, edit, and print tags.   MyCM is expanding their system capabilities this next week, so at times the system may be up or down or just running slow.  Our sale is far enough away that this should not be an issue for us.

One suggestion  while you enter your inventory:   every 40 items you enter, generate your tags into a PDF so you are not depending on the system for when you are ready to print and tag.  Every 40 items is 5 pages.

Also, do not forget to check the recall list before you enter your toys into the system.

Your inventories from past sales will remain intact.  You may also have a general inventory account to enter items throughout the year (it is not associated with any specific sale so you may enter inventory at any time), then just transfer the items you plan to sell into this season’s sale.
