Important Reminders for Seller Check – in!
1. Seller drop off is Thursday from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm – 9:30pm, and Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Drop off location. ** Please enter the doors on the north end of the west side of the Great Hall or, enter the south entrance on the west side of Trinity Presbyterian Church. ** Please, 1st check-in @ the seller check in table for instructions on where to bring your items.
2. You may pick up your volunteer bracelet after your volunteer shift with the coordinator in-charge that day. If you work Saturday, we trust you will fulfill your volunteer obligation, you may pick up your bracelet Thursday 9:30-12pm or 5-10pm and Friday 9am-3pm.
3. Seller pick up is between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm on Saturday

We’d love your help in advertising Sweet Repeats! Please email all of your friends and contacts with children/grandchildren and tell them about the sale. Increasing the number of shoppers increases your sales!

We are close to 15,000 items!! We will be locking the sale Wednesday night @ midnight whether we reach the 16,000 mark but pretty sure we will get there!

By volunteering, you not only get pre-shopping privileges at the Volunteer Presale (Friday from 6-8pm), but you will receive a larger percentage of your profits–70%. We are now offering a Presale wristband for each Volunteer shift worked– pick up an extra shift and you can bring a …friend on Friday night! Inventory reaches 12,586 this morning!!
While we know many of you are busy tagging, there are many sellers that still have 0 inventory at this time. We expect that many of you plan to enter your items in these last few days before the sale. However, please be aware that our inventory levels are increasing daily, and we will lock our sale when it hits 16,000 items. After that point, sellers will no longer be able to enter or edit inventory but you will be able to print your tags. Sellers are encouraged to enter items as soon as possible to insure that your items will be included in the sale.
