Registration for sellers is ongoing but will close on September 16th you will still be able to enter inventory until it reaches the cap of 18,000 items. Volunteer registration will remain open until September 22nd .

We LOVE our volunteers and YOU make this event happen! Important shifts are still available. Earn pre-sale shopping privileges and increased your sales. Volunteer Pre-shopping hours are Friday, September 23rd from 6pm-8pm.

We are so excited to be adding First Baptist Melissa as another big seller group for this Fall’s Sale. Welcome!!

“Welcome” to our newcomers… and “Welcome Back” to our returning sellers, shoppers and volunteers!

• We have raised our inventory count to 18,000 items and increased our Seller’s count to 250 potential sellers. This means that we are going to have more sellers and more inventory than ever! We can’t wait to shop on September 24th!!
• We have added a few new shifts to the volunteer schedule: a Wednesday morning shift & a Thursday afternoon shift. Sign up today to get the shift/s of your choice & 70% of your Sales!

Sellers~
• Sweet Repeats will continue to provide the envelope and stamp. Yes, that’s right, no need to bring a self addressed stamped envelope with you upon check in. We will be verifying your address during the check in process so please make sure to update your contact information prior to check in. We, also, want to be sure your earnings check arrives to your current home address.
• Per the ban by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, no drop-side cribs will be accepted. Always check the Consumer Product Safety Commission for the latest recalls.

Volunteers ~
• Our New wristband policy was a hit last sale! You will receive one additional wristband for each extra shift worked. For example, if you work two extra shifts, you get two extra wristbands and can bring two friends! Working these extra shifts helps ensure the success of our sale, and allows you a chance to share Friday night’s pre-shopping opportunities with your friends or family members which includes the first chance at the great deals and huge selection of inventory.

We are excited to welcome Lovejoy PTA as our newest big seller group for this fall. This means that we are going to have more sellers and more inventory than ever! We can’t wait to shop on September 24th!!

Log into MyCM (My Consignment Mgr). You will need your MyCM user name/password if you already have one. If you are a new user, you will first need to sign up for a free MyCM account then register,  Get started now for our Fall sale. If you are a returning seller, transfer only the inventory you intend to sell at the fall sale (not your spring inventory). We are looking forward to another great Sale.
